Our base price is always quoted in Euro and is fixed. Prices in GBP, US dollars, Canadian dollars, CHF, on request, subject to currency exchange rates. We accept PayPal credit card payments.

Sorry, not suitable for pets or children under 10 due to high balcony.

Minimum stay 2 nights. Discount price for bookings of more than 8 nights.

HOW TO BOOK:

1. Check availability 
2. Send us an e-mail to request your dates
3. We will confirm the provisional booking, send rental agreement, and details of how to pay the deposit
   
4. Pay deposit of EUR 100 or equivalent (full payment will be required if booking is made less than 2 weeks before arrival). UK customers can pay in £GBP at any HSBC branch or by online transfer. All customers can pay by credit card using PayPal
5. E-mail us confirmation of acceptance of the rental agreement
   
6. We will confirm the definite booking when the payment and agreement is received
   
7. We will e-mail you booking information including directions and map
   
8. Full payment will be required 1 week before arrival
   

You can pay securely online by credit card by PayPal in US dollars, Canadian dollars, Euro or GBP Sterling.
